Well,it’s been u months since my car accident…

(give or take.)

Went to doc about back.He told me ,to suck it up. That for the rest of my life I have chronic back pain. To wear a brace, do not sit down for very long , if it bothers me. Not to expect anything less but to be in some kind of pain. Also told me that I can get screws and pins in my back but I’ll be in pain either way. So I kind of like not to not have the back surgery as of yet maybe when I get older. But the cupping in my back bones will never heal . Where I broke it is healed but the cupping will never grow back. Soo here we are ..
